Structure:
Iron core
167 kva single phase pole mounted transformer is made by stacking high-permeability silicon steel sheets, reducing hysteresis loss and eddy current loss, and improving the efficiency of electrical energy conversion.
Winding
High-voltage winding: 167 kva single phase pole mounted transformer mostly uses enameled copper wire or aluminum wire, wound on the outside of the iron core, with a relatively large number of turns.
Low-voltage winding: It has fewer turns and is insulated and isolated from the high-voltage winding. Voltage conversion is achieved through electromagnetic induction.
Fuel tank and oil-immersed system
Most pole-mounted transformers are oil-immersed, with transformer oil filled in the oil tank, which serves both insulation and heat dissipation functions. The surface of the fuel tank is usually equipped with heat sinks to enhance the heat dissipation effect.
Casing
There is a set of insulating bushings on both the high-voltage side and the low-voltage side, which are used to lead out the winding connection, isolate the live parts from the oil tank, and ensure operational safety.

Protective device:
1.High-voltage side
For short-circuit protection, corresponding drop-out fuses need to be equipped. To prevent lightning strikes, lightning arresters need to be equipped.
2.Low-pressure side
Outgoing lines can be reserved according to actual needs. It is convenient for wiring and installation of low-voltage distribution boxes.
3.Nameplate
Mark the key information of the transformer such as model, capacity, voltage, frequency, manufacturer and production date for easy identification and maintenance.
