1. Wooden box packing
100 kva single phase pole mounted transformer is fixed in a sturdy wooden box, with shockproof materials (such as foam, airbags or wooden frame support) filled inside.
Warning signs such as “Fragile”, “Moisture-proof” and “Do not invert” are marked on the outside of the box.
It is applicable to long-distance transportation such as sea and land transportation.
2. Special Requirements
Export packaging: It must comply with the IPPC fumigation standard (wooden packaging should be affixed with the “IPPC” label).
Anti-tilt transportation: When transporting oil-immersed transformers, the tilt Angle should be no more than 15° to prevent internal structural displacement.
Extreme weather: Transformer oil must be drained during transportation in cold regions (on-site oil injection).
